There’s no support portal and no ticket queue. There’s an email address, and it goes to a person who reads it.

Good things to email about: the Product Check got your business wrong, a recommendation was useless, something on the site is broken, or you want your data deleted. All four are genuinely useful to us.

The same address handles privacy and data-protection requests — access, a copy of what we hold, correction, deletion, or an objection. There is no separate form: say what you want and it gets done. What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
